Booking indoor unequipped area, you book a bare space with no wall partitions. You can build your own stand or order stand design at our accredited stand construction company. Check the options you may have here. Minimum stand size – 4 sq. m.
Indoor equipped area includes: cost of unequipped area rent + stand construction with aluminum profiles, wall panels, frieze panel without inscription, and + rent of floor carpet, 1 table 80x80, 2 half-easy chairs, 1 plug socket (220V), 1 lamp 75W on bus-bar for every each 4 sq. m., clothes rack, and waste basket). The height of the stand is 2,5 m. Minimal stand area is 4 sq. m.
Accreditation of 1 representative from company without stand includes 1 permanent pass.
Every exhibitor is asked to pay a registration fee, which is 100 EUR excluding VAT and includes: organizational costs, placing info about Exhibitor at Organizer’s web-site, 3 Exhibitor badges, common daily cleaning in pavilion and trash removal.
