GENERAL PARTICIPATION CONDITIONS IN THE FURNITURE FORUM

SERVICES AND RATES (for the whole period of exhibition)

The participation cost includes: registration fee, cost of the exhibition space rent, cost of the exhibition equipment rent, cost of the complementary equipment rent (if needed) and the cost of advertising services.
All prices are given in Euro. VAT is not including.
The payment realize on the grounds of Organizer’s invoice.

1. REGISTRATION FEE

The EXHIBITOR pays registration fee – Euro 210 + VAT which includes: Information packet, organizational expenses, printed Catalogue information entry up to 300 signs logo included, the Exhibitor’s information on the ORGANIZER’S web-site, 1 Copy of the Catalogue, 2 Invitations for the business cocktail party, 4 Exhibitor’s badges and 50 visitor tickets.

2. EXHIBITION AREA

Order of additional equipment and services (tables, chairs, showcases, doors, illumination, power supply, inscription on frieze) is accomplished by the APPLICATION FORM № 2.

The equipped space rent includes: cost of 1 sq. m of the unequipped space, cost of the assembling of complex stand construction from the system exhibition equipment (wall panels, connecting bearers, uprights), floor carpet, frieze panel without inscription, 1 plug-socket (220V, up to 1 KWt), 1 spot-light for each full 4 sq. m., 1 table, 2 half-easy chairs, wall clothes rack, waste basket.

Minimum stand square – 4 sq. m.
The cost of the open exhibition area outside the pavilion is 20 Euro per 1 sq. m. + VAT
There are NO EXTRA CHARGES depending on the stand location.

3. DISCOUNTS:

1) for permanent Exhibitors who took part more than 3 times – 5 % from unequipped area
2) for Exhibitors, that rent more than 19 sq. m. inside pavilion – 20% from unequipped area
3) Discounts can be sum up together (5%+20% = 25%)

4. PARTICIPATION BY CORRESPONDENCE

Participation by correspondence costs Euro 180 + VAT and includes: information disposal with logo in the Catalogue and disposal of the promotional materials on the “Information desk” without presence of Exhibitor’s Representative, 1 copy of the Catalogue.
Order is accomplished by the Application Form №1.

5. OFFICIAL EXHIBITION CATALOGUE

ORGANIZER publishes exhibition catalogue on the ground of the EXHIBITOR’S information (print or electronic version). Participant’s entry in the catalogue is obligatory (cost of the catalogue entry is included in the registration fee).

6. SEMINARS, PRESENTATIONS, AD SERVICES

In the framework of exhibition there can be organized seminars, press-conferences and other PR actions. The necessary services and equipment are ordered by the APPLICATION FORM №3.

7. TRANSPORT AND FORWARDING SERVICES.

To have transport, customs and cargo forwarding services please apply to OFFICIAL CUSTOMER AGENT of exhibition – “Exhibition Forwarder”, Unitary Enterprise

8. ACCOMMODATION

In order to book a room in a hotel, a ticket for airplane or railway, to obtain visa support please apply to the tourist company “Vokrug Sveta” (“Around the World”)

9. PARTICIPANTS REGISTRATION

For registration in the exhibition it is necessary to send APPLICATION FORMS till March 19, 2010 with authorized sign and stamp, which are financial engagements, to the ORGANIZER address.
Participant’s registration will take place in April, 19, 2010 from 10 a.m. till 19. p. m. Address: 27 Y. Kupaly str., Minsk, National Exhibition Centre.

10. ORDER OF WORK

APPLICATION FORMS can be found on the web-site www.expoforum.by or will be sent on demand.
